Emerging Leaders

The purpose of the Emerging Leaders Program is to further Akanksha Education Fund (AEF)’s impact by providing emerging leaders (ELs) passionate about education and social impact with meaningful philanthropic opportunities serving Akanksha’s mission. 

Objectives :

  • Build awareness of AEF’s mission and vision.

  • Develop future leaders in philanthropy through hands-on experience, creating a strong pipeline of emerging leaders for Akanksha Education Fund (AEF).

  • Provide emerging leaders interested in philanthropy an opportunity to connect with the Board and other partners. 

  • Foster a sense of community and shared purpose among emerging leaders.

Eligibility:
  • Demonstrated interest in social impact and/or education.
  • Ability to commit ~3-4 hours/month
  • Minimum commitment of 12 months (preferably longer).
