Akanksha Immersive Experience

Last week, The Akanksha Foundation’s Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj English Medium School (CSMEMS) in Pune and the Sitaram Mill Compound Mumbai Public School in Mumbai opened their doors to two incredible Immersive Experiences!

Visitors were invited to step inside the halls of an Akanksha school and become part of the school community, and learn more about Akanksha’s mission and vision.

Guests explored vibrant classrooms, participated in an enriching Art for Akanksha activity with the students, and met with School Leaders, staff, and parents. It was a heartwarming, lively experience for all, and fostered a sense of enthusiasm while giving visitors a front-row seat to the holistic education practices in The Akanksha Foundation schools.

In addition to the Immersive Experiences, Akanksha offered opportunities for regular school visits this winter. In all, we welcomed visitors from Texas, Virginia, California, Mumbai, and Pune to tour the schools, talk to students, and get a glimpse of teaching practices.
